If you have experience, general automotive knowledge, and welcome the opportunity to work for a high-volume service department, then this is the job for you! Pay The Service Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.
Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.
07 and $16.

Additional pay based on the total parts and labor gross sales at the end of the month that ranges between 3% to 8%.
Additional monthly bonuses beyond the standard pay plan may include bonuses based on targets for effective labor rate, hours-per-repair-order, discount percentage, and BG products sales.
