This role will support the Marketplace business teams, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketplace, and ultimately report in through the US eCommerce Finance team.

Owning the FP&A function for the Marketplace finance team, managing a team of 2 Simplify strategic messaging in effective presentations and other communications Work together with cross functional teams such as Marketing and Site operations to understand a wholistic view of the business needs Manage all relationships with Segment FP&A and other functional FP&A teams to ensure consistency and messaging Consolidate all forecasting and planning submissions from teams, and create timely narratives for senior leadership Review and develops forecasting process for assigned operations, divisions, and departments by analyzing recent expenditures and commitments; incorporating input from management team; and presenting and clarifying forecast and assumptions with senior management Provide input for business decisions by producing financial models incorporating assumptions, expectations, and known risks; preparing presentations and other supporting materials for recommendations; and participating in business case presentations to senior and executive management.
Overseeing performance management activities by allowing internal customers to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of operations Developing and executing financial planning processes for assigned areas (for example, Merchandising, Marketing departments) by working with area leaders to develop and communicate budgets and forecasts Promoting and supporting company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years' experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.

The annual salary range for this position is $140,000.
00-$260,000.
00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years' experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
2 years' supervisory experience.
