25 an hour Duties - Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed - Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately - Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Assist in inventory management and perform periodic stock checks Qualifications - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone - Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Familiarity with technology sales is a plus - Bilingual proficiency is an asset for serving diverse customer base Note:
