Checking vital signs Dressing wounds Inserting catheters Listening to residents and their families Addressing questions/concerns of residents Performing accurate and detailed charting of resident progress notes Timely reporting of change in resident's condition to the nurse supervisor Assisting and supervising CNAs Ensuring equipment is in good operating order Monitoring residents that are at risk for falls Collecting lab samples Attending annual facility in-service training programs Requirements:
