Sound like you? The Role We are currently seeking a Bioprocess Technician to join the Pilot Operations Team at EVERY.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and committed to producing consistent, high-quality products and data to support our scaleup efforts.
The position will involve spending 80 - 90% of your time on the manufacturing floor, with the remaining 10-20% dedicated to managing sample submission, writing and updating standard operating procedures and job hazard assessments, and maintaining records of the preventive maintenance schedule.
You will work closely with process engineers to ensure that documentation is up-to-date and that preventive maintenance is executed and recorded accordingly.
As you develop new skills, the scope of your work will expand to include more complex tasks.
What you will accomplish Operate manufacturing equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
Perform tasks based on written SOPs and guidance from the supervisor Operate lab instrumentation to collect data and organize results Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality Troubleshoot challenges or unexpected behaviors during production Maintain cleanliness and organization Ability to work in pilot plant settings, stand for long periods of time and lift 25 lbs Schedule Monday - Friday - 08:

00 What you bring (required) You have 3
years of industry experience, preferably working in microbial fermentation and experience troubleshooting processes.
Ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and succinctly to a variety of audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in operating and maintaining intricate laboratory equipment, with the capacity to troubleshoot issues swiftly A commitment to continuous personal and professional development, illustrated by seeking feedback, engaging in reflective practice, and pursuing learning opportunities.
